US based Lutron are a family owned technology business with true global scale. They manufacture state-of-the-art control systems with beautiful aesthetic control interfaces which are often specified by high-end architects, hotel groups and other prestigious organisations.

We were asked to design and manufacture a number of sales display units that could be used by select retailers, architects and interior designers to present Lutron products to their customers. Our initial 3D models, which included fully detailed product elements, were invaluable to get client approval for the design format, but also to ‘prove’ the dimensions and materials engineering of the proposed designs. The displays feature polished acrylic surfaces set on a frosted polycarbonate arch, combined with extruded polymer elements to really showcase the polished metal and gold plated finishes of the controls. We also designed and manufacture bespoke carry cases for the sales displays and went on to create further custom display cases for Lutron sales representatives to use in the field.
